Many a dungeon ahead and vast area for adventures. To simply travel from one end of the world to the other would cost you a couple of hours. Any place on the map is reachable and there are no barriers which you can not see. You can reach everything within your sight. You can travel freely by ship, spring, on a vehicle or by magical skills. In Darkfall it is remarkable that all these transportation means, mounts, ships and vehicles can be fully controlled by the players.
There are hundreds of different monsters occupying various lairs, strongholds and domains. All you need to do is find them and kill them. But these monsters are highly advanced and may be a big challenge for you.
Monsters are roaming from time to time and they would form a team and apply advanced tactics in fight just as real players would do. They also can change their weapons and attack methods to adapt themselves to the change of their enemies. Perhaps these monsters are the best trained ones for beginners.
In Darkfall you can only rely on your senses and some audio and visual cues to detect your surroundings. Also keep careful not to be detected.
